Java Ice Cristal is a real ice factory and depot distribution business in Mojokerto. This webapp replaced its paper logbooks and fragile spreadsheets with one integrated system covering the whole daily cycle: production, freezer stock, depot loading and unloading, delivery routes, sales, cash (kas), receivables (piutang) with integrated settlement, and repack with photo evidence.
It runs on Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. The business owns 100% of its data in its own Google account and pays no monthly SaaS fees.
GPS geofence plus a live selfie clock-in. Multi-site by config: adding a site means adding a row, not writing code. Fraud gets flagged for review instead of hard-blocked, and the whole thing is a reusable module for other businesses.
A Node.js bot on a WhatsApp number: automatic customer registration, a self-learning delivery coverage zone, an order queue posted to the staff group, and a transfer-payment flow. No app install, because the customer already has WhatsApp.

From tender to invoice: one pipeline for an import trading company.
PT Wellmatic Machinery Indo imports industrial machinery and spare parts from China for Indonesian manufacturers. This system runs the commercial pipeline end to end: tender and offer tracking, RFQ, orders, proforma invoice generation, surat jalan, invoicing with Faktur and Non-PPN handling, price history, cash tracking, and automatic Drive folder organization per deal.
Behind it, one master spreadsheet consolidates AR/AP, P&L and cash flow, so a bilingual trading operation works from a single source of truth instead of scattered files.

Meomory turns a cafe's receipt printer into a photobooth: guests snap a photo and take it home printed on their receipt, giving the cafe a keepsake customers post and share.
